TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following document is intended to apply to the relationship between the guest/customer of the Hotel in relation to pre-booking, booking, stay and end of stay services.

With regard to the terms and conditions that the Hotel has not described here, the Portuguese legislation in force shall apply.

Use of the services presupposes that the client accepts and validates the conditions and terms imposed by Oporto Airport & Business Hotel. (Which are considered automatically and incorporated into the contract between the client and Hotel, without any written transition being mandatory).

1. Pre-booking and Booking

After a client requests a pre-booking, the Oporto Airport & Business Hotel shows the potential client a proposed stay and a booking code, according to the requirements dictated by the client.

If the customer uses tour operators or room booking portals on the internet, the booking code will be different from the one provided directly by the Hotel, but will be equally valid.

The Hotel also informs you that booking requests made directly to it or through tour operators are not binding and do not oblige it to conclude the contract with the client. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to conclude the contract and to make a room available at its sole discretion.

The Oporto Airport & Business Hotel only guarantees the availability of a room in the category booked and not a specific hotel room.

2. Types of booking and cancellation

At the Oporto Airport & Business Hotel you can make two types of reservation: a guaranteed reservation and a pre-paid, non-refundable reservation.

A guaranteed reservation consists of the customer booking a room and providing valid and complete credit card details as a guarantee. The guaranteed reservation can be freely canceled by the client, free of charge, up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount. In the event of cancellation outside the period mentioned or a no-show, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation. In the event of a change of type or booking date, the rate may change.

A pre-paid, non-refundable reservation consists of the booking of a hotel room, accompanied by the customer providing valid and complete credit card details, or the booking accompanied by proof of bank transfer of the full price of the accommodation booked. The total amount of the reservation will be charged immediately when the customer makes the reservation. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the stay. Prepaid and non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or changed.

3. Arrival and departure

The Oporto Airport & Business Hotel will make a room of the selected category available on the client’s arrival from the date of arrival or, if the client makes the reservation at the hotel reception, the Oporto Airport & Business Hotel will grant a room according to the desired category and according to availability at the time, with check-in taking place from 3pm.

On arrival at the hotel, you must immediately pay the full amount of your stay.

On the date of departure, the client must leave the room, leaving it free of people and property and without any damage by 12 noon.

In the event that the client does not leave the room by 12 noon, they will automatically be charged a fee corresponding to a one-night stay at the hotel, and will only have the right to use the room during this period if the hotel has rooms available, otherwise they will still have to pay the fee and leave the room as soon as possible.
